Due to the popularity of our unique services, we highly recommend you make a reservation 24 hours in advance for any of our relaxing spa treatments. A credit card number is required to hold your reservation(s). Please advise us upon booking of any allergies, ailments, disabilities, high blood pressure, pregnancy or any other special considerations.
We suggest that you arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment. This will allow you to have time to consult with your therapist and prepare for relaxation during your spa experience. Arriving late may limit the time of your treatment, thus reducing its effectiveness and your pleasure. This will allow your treatment to end at its original time so the next guest will not be delayed. The full value of your treatment will be applied.
When you are in our spa, you will receive a spa robe and slippers to wear between treatments, and a locker for your belongings. Most body treatments are enjoyed without clothing. However, please wear whatever makes you feel comfortable. During all treatments, the body is fully draped except for the area being worked on. Toiletries are available within the Spa area.
Locker Rooms are available for skin and massage treatments. We prefer that all communication and recording devices be turned off and kept in your locker for the comfort of all guests. The shower room is complementary for spa packages with prior reservation. Please do not bring jewelry and valuables to the spa, as Urban Oasis day spa will not be held responsible for lost or stolen property.
Throughout the spa, locker room area, relaxation room and elsewhere, all conversations should be kept at low volume.
All children under the age of 16 are required to be accompanied by adults at all time. Nail services are available for all ages. Written approval or prior consent from a parent or legal guardian will be mandatory for all skin and massage treatments for children under the age of 18. As a courtesy to other spa guests, children are not permitted in spa treatment areas or left unattended in the reception area.
GIFT CARDS/GIFT CERTIFICATES:
Gift Cards and Gift Certificates are the perfect gifts for any occasion, and are available to purchase in any dollar amount to use on products or services. Please present the Gift Card or Gift Certificate to the receptionist prior to scheduled treatment. We will not be held responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Gift Cards and Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash, and will lose 50% of its value after 12 months from the purchase date.
We are happy to coordinate your group event. Let us help you with treatment ideas, timing, and costs. Advance appointment and deposit is required. For all special occasions, please contact our customer service.
Please notify us or reschedule your appointment 24 hours prior your scheduled treatment for individual service or 72 hours for groups and parties to avoid being charged cancellation fees. All cancellations or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice will result in 50% service value charges to your card or a deduction to your gift certificate, and no shows are subject to the full charge of the service.
